Cancellation Policy
All customers are required to pay at least a 20% deposit to hold a party date. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposit will be held for future customer use as a "rain check". Rain check is non-transferable. Amounts paid over and above 20% deposit are non-refundable as well
Measure Your Yard! If you do not have a tape measure handy, the average shoe size is around 12 inches and you can easily pace off the measurement of your yard.
** Orders are recommended to be placed 4-6 weeks in advance, if you are looking for the cool stuff!
Attendants: Your jumper is not a babysitter and requires adult supervision at all times. If needed, Arizona Events can provide attendants for your event, for an additional free. Safety is a priority for us.
** Every Order Requires A Credit Card for security purposes. It reserves your party and or your event. If you would like to pay cash at the time of delivery, you may do so. No personal checks please! We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
Cancellation: Must cancel within 10 days prior , no charge. 9 to 2 days prior, will be charged 50% of total. 1 day prior or day of, will be charged full price.
Insured & Park Approved for all of Metro Phoenix Parks.
Park Permits: There are over 100 parks in Phoenix AZ. We deliver to 90% of the parks, ALL PARKS REQUIRE A PERMIT. You will need to contact the Parks & Recreation department to confirm if you will need a permit or not. Please check on this!! You will not receive a refund if the park rangers shut down your jumper for not having a permit.
Generators are needed at most parks where electricity is not available. A $100 charge will be applied to your order it we have to bring a generator to your party after delivery. Due to insurance purposes, we can only use our own generator.
Weather Policy: If it is raining the day of your event, you will receive a call that morning. At that time you will be given the choice for delivery or canceling the jumper. No charge at that time for canceling. If you request delivery and cancel at the door due to the weather there will be a 50%charge. Once the jumper is set up there will be a 100% charge. No refunds if it rains after set up.
Un-Acceptable Surfaces: Gravel, Sand, Wood Chips or Sloped areas. Acceptable Surfaces: Grass, Grass/Dirt, Flat Cements, Flat Asphalt, and 50/50 Grass/Cement. Please inform us of the surface so we may bring the proper equipment.
Scheduling Conflicts
Scheduling conflicts can occur, even when ordering online. Scheduling conflicts may occur if two customers are booking the same product at the same time, or a phone order is being taken at the same time as an online order. Arizona Events will contact the customer if a scheduling conflict has occurred.
Minimum Purchase Requirements: Unless specified we require a minimum total purchase amount of $100 for all rental products to be delivered.
