Cancelation Policy:
All customers are required to pay 20% of rental fee for all cancelation less than 48hrs from scheduled event.
Cacnelations should be handled by call the main office @ 623-742-6556
Weather Policy:
Arizona Events reserves the right to cancel or postpone a party based on weather forecast. Any party on a date meeting the following any hazardous forecast conditions may be postponed or cancelled by Arizona Events.
Examples are: Wind or wind gust blowing above 20 miles per hour - Rain, heavy rain forecasted above a 50% chance.
If there is rain forecasted below 50%, Arizona Events will allow customer to decide whether or not to cancel or postpone party. Once equipment is delivered to customer, customer pays 100% of the rental cost - NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS! Arizona Events sells time rented - not time used. If your guests only use the equipment for a few minutes due to weather, you pay the full balance regardless.
We take safety very seriously. If we deem conditions to be hazardous to your guests or our equipment, we will advise you to cancel or postpone your event.
NO REFUNDS FOR WEATHER. STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES
Outside Temperature:
Arizona Events will not refund or issue any credits for cancelations being made for too hot or too cold reasons.
Arizona Events wants you to enjoy our rentals for your party or event. Your safety is our highest priority. We look forward to being your go to place for party rental equipment and inflatables.
